 Ashley Welch is someone who genuinely loves hearing people’s stories, exploring new places off the beaten path, and starting her mornings running with her dog, Timber. She is deeply devoted to her two daughters and approaches each day as a work in progress—ready to learn, grow, and better understand the world around her.

Ashley is the Co-founder and CEO of Somersault Innovation, a sales training and coaching firm that has spent the past decade pioneering the use of Design Thinking within the go‑to‑market community.
