In this interview, Shawn shares the story of her son’s near death diving accident that became a transformational moment in her life that has driven her gratitude practice as well as her desire to give back and be present and intentional wherever she is. Shawn discusses the importance of taking risks, some advice on protecting the balance between personal and professional time, as well as where she looks for inspiration and mentorship.
