We are thrilled to introduce you to this week’s Woman of the Week, Homaira Kaufman! Listen in as Homaira shares some transformational moments in her life including being born in Kabul, Afghanistan, leaving with her family as soon as the Soviet invasion began and starting their lives as refugees. Upon returning to the workforce following a break in her career, so much was evident to her from the importance of networking to the need for equity in the workplace to how upskilling and mentorship can open so many doors.
