Kei fondly shares one of her favorite quotes, “...there is no path, The path is made by walking” by Antonio Machado and you can see why as she describes her career path leading up to her 16 years with Hitachi. Kei discusses her process for leaning into overcoming the challenges of questioning her abilities in addition to what drives her to continue to grow in her leadership roles.
