Living in St. Petersburg, Florida, Tracy shares how she transitioned from Pennsylvania and adopted Florida as her home. With a creative flair and a passion for STEM, she engages in unique hobbies like racing RC cars and creating art with various mediums. 

Tracy's professional path began in finance and evolved into vendor management, where she discovered her passion for cybersecurity and cloud technology. Her dedication led her to pioneer the cybersecurity business unit at her company, showcasing her ability to drive transformation and growth. 

Despite facing challenges and imposter syndrome, Tracy emphasizes the importance of learning from others, seeking mentorship, and continuously pushing boundaries. Her leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, mentoring, and developing talent within her team, which she finds immensely rewarding. 

One of Tracy's significant career decisions involved choosing between continuing with a familiar leader or taking a risk to pioneer the cybersecurity business. Her bold choice to follow her passion for cybersecurity proved transformative, shaping her career and contributing to the success of TDSynnex.
