Welcome to your Monday Motivational Minute! This quarter we will be exploring biohacking featuring Stephanie Xenos, Health & Wealth Transformation Coach. Each week, Stephanie will be sharing one biohack and one challenge so we can experience biohacking for ourselves.
This week we are introducing sleep as the ultimate biohack! Sleep is the best stress reliever, trauma releaser, immune booster, and emotional stabilizer. High-quality sleep with adequate cycles of REM and deep sleep helps consolidate memories, enhance cognitive functioning, bolster our immune system and hormone production, and support your mental health and well-being.
✅ Weekly Challenge: This week, do one thing to improve your sleep: get morning sunlight daily, or sunset sunlight daily, eliminate caffeine 10 hours before bed, or eliminate alcohol.
