Cyndi Echendu - Strategic Account Executive with INOC learned the value of customer service early in her career at Target.  As Cyndi explains, if a customer wanted you to do cartwheels in sporting goods, then you were doing cartwheels in sporting goods!  Cyndi also shares two interesting lessons she's learned and incorporated into daily life. 

  1. She is running 'Cyndi Co.' - meaning she owns her path, choices made, prioritieis, etc to achieve what she defines as success.  Noone else can/will do that for you. 
  2. She does not set an alarm (unless she has a super early commitment).  Unnerving at first but eventually changed her world (for the MUCH better).

Leap of Faith: Anastasia Zolides - The Channel Company

Anastasia Zolides, Event Programs Specialist from The Channel Company had her plans mapped out to be a Vet.  Well, that was until she won a contest and got to shadow a tour manager at a concert.  That experience helped her realize her calling was to be a tour/event manager.   Subsequent decisions or 'leaps of faith' ultimately led her to managing events at The Channel Company (fortunate for us!).
