Christine Burrows, Directors of System Integrators and Alliances at Eaton realized that being an investigative reporter wasn't sufficient in paying the bills.   Without knowing the first thing about computers (she didn't own one at the time) she joined Tech Data.  It was like finding a secret room that was chock full of career opportunities she had never heard of before.  Christine accelerated quickly in channels and recently took on a brand-new role at Eaton - directing their SI and Alliances business.  Christine shares several key steps to take if you want to advance into management and key characteristics of what makes for an outstanding leader.
