Woman of the Week – Charlotte Hone - Logitech

Published on March 25, 2026

In this week’s Woman of the Week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Charlotte Hone, Head of Logitech for Business, Field Marketing, Europe at Logitech—a leader whose journey into technology blends creativity, resilience, and a deep commitment to lifting others along the way.

Before building a successful career in the tech industry, Charlotte nearly pursued a very different path: professional ballet. Trained to an advanced level, she ultimately chose to follow her growing passion for business, marketing, and technology—a decision that launched a dynamic career spanning vendors, integrators, sales, product management, and marketing. That breadth of experience has shaped the well-rounded leader she is today.

Charlotte shares how an early opportunity at Hitachi during her university “sandwich year” became the foundation for her career. Surrounded by mentors who encouraged exploration and growth, she gained exposure across multiple parts of the business—an experience that helped her discover her true passion for marketing while building a deep understanding of the technology ecosystem.

Throughout our conversation, Charlotte speaks candidly about navigating the tech industry as a mixed-race woman in a historically male-dominated field. From moments of being underestimated to assumptions about her role at industry events, she reflects on how those experiences shaped her leadership style—grounding it in empathy, credibility, and a determination to create space for others to thrive.

Today, as she leads marketing across Europe, Charlotte is passionate about “lifting as you rise.” She credits strong mentors for helping shape her career and now prioritizes paying that support forward by championing her team, fostering inclusive environments, and encouraging continuous learning.

Her advice for women looking to grow in their careers is simple but powerful: build meaningful connections and keep learning. Whether through employee resource groups, professional communities, or expanding AI literacy, Charlotte believes the future belongs to those who stay curious, collaborative, and committed to growth.

Charlotte’s story is a reminder that leadership isn’t defined by a straight path—it’s shaped by the courage to explore, the resilience to overcome bias, and the willingness to open doors for those coming next.
